Kids Promotions Terms & Conditions

Tickets are sold subject to the following conditions.

1. This ticket is valid only when purchased through an authorised agent.

2. This ticket cannot be exchanged or returned after purchase, except as required by law and as otherwise specified by the seller. If a refund is processed, Kids Promotions may, to the extent permitted by law, retain any fee it has charged.

3. The right of admission is reserved.

4. Video recorders are not permitted into the auditorium.

5. No prams or pushers are permitted into the auditorium.

6. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

7. Mobile phones must be turned off or switched to silent before entry.

8. GST will apply to all goods and services through this site. Prices listed in this site include GST where applicable.

9.The right is reserved to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute performers and/ or vary advertised programs, prices, seating arrangements and audience capacity.


NEW COVID 19 Terms & Conditions

Due to COVID-19, additional Terms and Conditions of Sale now apply to all bookings. Please read the following terms and conditions prior to purchasing your tickets.

You must provide the following contact details for yourself at the time of booking and for your additional ticket holders on request: Full name, contact phone number and residential address. 
• Patrons agree that all contact information will be available to public health officers upon request. For clarity, same as otherwise provided in Kids Promotion's privacy policy and the other terms and conditions of sale, Kids Promotions undertakes not to share this information with any third party other than authorised Government health or other authorities, and only as required in the event of a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 contact at the event.  
• Tickets will be issued in a digital, PDF format, and will be sent by email to the ticket purchaser up to 48 hours prior to the event, (not individuals).  
• Patrons must either print their PDF ticket/s or ensure their ticket/s are available on their phones for scanning.  
• Seating allocation will be based on, but not limited to, size of the group, time of booking and final venue configuration so as to be compliant with any restrictions that are in place to allow safe, physical distancing. This may require allocated seats to be moved to comply with current restrictions.  
• Contactless payment method is our preferred payment method.  
• The Venue or Kids Promotions may cancel the Event at any time and without notice if it determines (in its unfettered discretion) that the event should not proceed for reasons of public safety including, without limitation, due to risks associated with COVID-19  

Refunds or exchange of tickets will be available to any customer :-
• Who has developed any COVID-19 symptoms after the purchase of tickets or who has come into contact with anyone who is symptomatic.
• Who is waiting for the result of a COVID-19 test or
• Who is is a confirmed case.
• Anyone who is living in or having been in a high risk area within Australia or
• Who has returned from overseas 14 days prior to the event date.
• You are un able to attend due to a border closure.

Refunds will be at discretion of the Kids Promotions Box Office Manager.

Exhanges will be granted to the same performance on a different date or time with with no fees.
You must contact us as soon as possible or if any member of you booking falls into any of these categories.

When attending our events you and each member of your booking party must comply with any COVID-19 safety protocols or requirements notified to you at the venue. This can be signage or line markings.
Patrons must check in on arrival at the venue either using the COVID Safe App or via the manual registery.
Patrons must not attend if they are sick or have been overseas in the previous 14 days.
Patrons must not attend if they have come in contact with anyone displaying the symptoms of, awaiting the results of testing for, or diagnosed with COVID-19 in the previous 14 days. 
Patrons may be asked health screening questions on arrival to the Venue and may be temperature checked.
Patrons who are unwell, or who have a high temperature, will not be able to attend the Event, and a full refund will be provided. 
The Patron is responsible for having their ticket/s available on their phone or printed out, with the barcode/s clearly visible, for scanning at the door. 
 Patrons must sit in their allocated seat. Moving around or switching seats is not permitted. 
Patrons agree to abide by all physical distancing and health protocols.
It is a condition of entry that all visitors comply with any DHHS directions including patrons over the age of 12 years wearing a correctly fitting face mask unless they have a lawful exemption. 
Patrons agree to follow the instructions of Venue staff at all times 
Patrons not complying with protocols, or authorised requests, will be asked to leave immediately without refund or further recourse
Patrons acknowledge that whilst all reasonable and required health and safety precautions have been taken to keep the audience, staff and performers safe, that they enter at their own risk without recourse to claim against the Venue regarding health outcomes 

If you, or a close contact of yours, are diagnosed with COVID-19 within 14 days of attending the venue, it is your responsibility to contact the COVID Officer at Kids Promotions on 1300 788 028.
