Do I need to be vaccinated to visit?

In line with Victorian Government health guidelines, visitors will no longer need to check-in or provide evidence of their vaccination status.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Face masks are strongly recommended indoors.

What if a performance is cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19?

If your concert has been postponed, we will always email you with all the information you need regarding your new show date. You do not need to contact us.

If you have updated your email address since you have purchased the tickets, don't worry! Even if you don't receive this information, your tickets will remain valid. Just phone (03) 9739 6300 to update your information with us and we can resend your tickets to your new email address!

All tickets purchased for the original date will be honoured for the rescheduled dates.  

REFUNDS & TICKET EXCHANGE DUE TO HAVING COVID-19

If you have COVID-19, please contact us at boxoffice@kidspromotions.com.au to request an exchange or refund before the show commences.  Refunds will only be given to the individual who tests positive. Proof of a positive PCR test may be requested. 

Refunds or exchange of tickets will be only be available to :-

  • Ticket holders who are a confirmed case.
  • Refunds will be at discretion of the Kids Promotions Box Office Manager.
  • Exhanges will be granted to the same performance on a different date or time with with no fees.
