Kids Promotions New Business Hours

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Kids Promotions has unfortunately had to reduce our working hours during the week. However, we are still open and easily accessible! 

Our new hours are from 10AM - 2PM Monday - Friday AEST. We are contactable via phone on (03) 9739 6300 and email at admin@kidspromotions.com.au. You can also reach us through the chat box on the Kids Promotions website as well as shooting us a message via our Instagram and/or Facebook pages @kidspromotions and Kids Promotions - Live. 

We are busy working behind the scenes, to monitor and assess overall impact and are working with many of our venue operators to see how best to reschedule each concert for your enjoyment. We truly appreciate your understanding at this time as we navigate these new current circumstances and endeavour to keep our customers as updated as we can as the days go on. 

Which dates have been rescheduled for the Play School Live in Concert tour?

Update 1st September : VICTORIA / ACT / QLD

Unfortunately due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have had to reschedule all Play School dates from 2020 to 2021. We have now rescheduled both the Victorian and Queensland tours.

All tickets purchased for original dates, will roll over to the new rescheduled dates for 2021.

If you cannot attend your new date, you can swap to an alternative date or receive a refund for your tickets.  

To change to a different date:

Send us an email at admin@kidspromotions.com.au with your KP booking number (found on tickets and tax invoice) and we will be happy to help you with a swap.

Alternatively, if no dates are suitable, you are entitled to a full refund of your tickets.

To obtain a refund:

Please email boxoffice@kidspromotions.com.au with your KP booking number (found on your tickets and tax invoice) and we will arrange a refund for you.

Please add admin@kidspromotions.com.au and boxoffice@kidspromotions.com.au to your contacts so we don't get lost in your junk mail folders and to keep you as updated as possible. 

*Please note the shows that have been rescheduled, may be rescheduled AGAIN if the Australian Government releases new information relating to the COVID-19 lockdown restrictions.*

Am I still able to purchase tickets?

At the moment, tickets are only available for the ACT / Canberra tour of July 2021. Unfortunately for all other states, especially VIC and QLD, we are still in the process of rescheduling the tour to 2021 and so tickets will not be for sale in these states, until those dates are confirmed. 

Please note that some shows may still be postponed or cancelled in the future and we aim to keep all of our customers updated to any news we receive about the COVID-19 pandemic as it develops.

My child was under 12 months for the original date, but will now be over 1 for the new date, do I need an additional ticket for them?

We are opting to honour any infant tickets that were purchased for the original dates of the Play School Concerts in 2020. You will be able to bring your child who is now over 12 months under the infant ticket bracket with no additional funds or tickets necessary. 

*Please note this is for pre-existing infant tickets that were purchased at the original time of booking.*


If you are attending an allocated venue:

This means that the infant ticket will now act as an On the Knee seat. Meaning you will have to keep the child in your lap if there are no available seats around you. If this will be a problem, you may unfortunately have to purchase a child ticket for them, so that you can have a seat there for them to use. 

If you have had a baby since original purchase:

If you have had a new baby since the time of purchase and will be bringing a new infant along to the rescheduled date that is not a problem! Infant tickets for children under 12 months are free and do not receive a hard copy ticket however, for Health and Safety reasons, we need to know if they will be in attendance.

If you are planning on attending with the new baby, please give us a call on 03 9739 6300 or email us at admin@kidspromotions.com.au with your KP number (found on invoices and tickets) and we will add them onto your booking for you.

My concert has been postponed, what now?

If your concert has been postponed, we will always email you with all the information you need regarding your new show date. You do not need to contact us.

If you have updated your email address since you have purchased the tickets, don't worry! Even if you don't receive this information, your tickets will remain valid. Just phone (03) 9739 6300 to update your information with us and we can resend your tickets to your new email address! 

We will let you know the rescheduled dates as soon as we can. All tickets purchased for the original date will be honoured for the rescheduled dates. 

If you are unable to attend the new dates when they are announced or the show cannot be rescheduled, you will receive a full refund. Further information on this process will be communicated once a new date is decided.

My concert has been postponed and I can't attend the new date. What should I do now?

If you are unable to attend the new date and do not wish to give the tickets away or swap to a different venue, you will receive a full refund. Simply let us know you cannot attend by replying via email to boxoffice@kidspromotions.com.au or you can call on (03) 9739 6300.

We will endeavour to process your refund within 7 days and we really appreciate your patience at this time. 

I can't find my show date on your website and I haven't received any information?

We are currently working behind the scenes on rescheduling the VIC & QLD tours to 2021. Because of this, we have removed the QLD & VIC tours from view on the website. The dates will be added to the website and people will be contacted once we have confimed the new dates for the tour. We will also only then send out updated tickets to all customers. We are aiming to get this done over the next couple of weeks, so your patience is greatly appreciated. 

Once the dates are uploaded to the website and your original show cannot be seen, it may mean we have had to unfortunately cancel the date/s of the tour. If you have not received any information about this, you can contact us on (03) 9739 6300 between 10am and 2pm Monday - Friday; or email us at admin@kidspromotions.com.au and we will endeavour to answer any questions you may have. 

Please note if your date has been cancelled you will receive a full refund for your ticket purchase.
