Im a member and I'm logging into the site for the first time, what is my password?

Click Login from the menu bar or click here. It will ask you to enter your email address that you have used to make purchases in the past. If you opt to be a member while on the phone with one of our call centre staff, they will have defaulted your login password as your Postcode to allow you easy access. Once logged in, you can reset your password to what ever you choose.

I'm a member and my details have changed. How can I update my information?

Log into your account via the Login tab or the My Account tab on our site and you will be able to update all of your details online including a new email and/or mobile numbers or postal addresses.

You can also update your details by calling our office on (03) 9739 6300 during office hours. 

I'm already a member but my password is not working when I try to log in?

If you can't remember your password or your password doesn't seem to be working, you can reset your password through the 'forgot password' tab in the log in page.

Alternatively you can give our office a call on (03) 9739 6300 and with your permission, can provide you with your current password and/or can manually change it for you to a default password, such as your postcode, so you can log in and change it again whenever you please. 

How do I cancel my membership?

If you would no longer like to be a part of the Kids Promotions family or wish to unsubscribe from our emails, you can simply click 'Unsubscribe' in one of the emails we have sent to you! If this doesn't work, you can also call us on (03) 9739 6300 and one of our office staff will be there to help you.
