Im a member and I'm logging into the site for the first time, what is my password?

Click LOGIN or MEMBERS from the menu bar, it will then ask you to enter your email address that you receive the enews letters from, then enter your password or reset your password if needed. 

You can call our customer service team and they can reset the password for you too if you need. Call us Mon - Fri 10am to 4pm EST 1300 788 028

I'm a member and my details have changed. How can I update my information?

Log into our site and you can update your details online. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the link 'Forgot Password' and you will be able to reset your password.

You can also update your details by calling the office during office hours, Mon - Fri 10.00am - 4.00pm on (03) 9739 6300.

Im a member and my old password is not working when I log into the site.

When we transferred all our members to the new website we had to change all passwords to a default system as your previous passwords were protected. Your new password will be your postcode where you live.  Once you are logged in with your postcode as the password you can go into the MEMBERS area into EDIT DETAILS and you can click to change your password. 

How do I cancel my membership?

If you would like to cancel your membership please contact us to do this, ether call us on 1300 788 028 or click here to email us.

You can also cancel by clicking on an email from Kids Promotions and clicking the 'Unsubscribe' Button.
