Play School, which celebrates its 41st birthday this year, has featured some of
Australia’s leading actors as presenters over the years.
These popular Play School live shows are specially designed to delight
pre-schoolers and parents alike. Each show features 40 minutes of songs, games and stories with two of the TV Shows presenters along with many of the well-loved toys from the television series.
The roars of approval heard whenever they appear on stage attest to the ongoing popularity of Big Ted, Little Ted, Jemima and Humpty
.As with the television program, everything in the concerts is carefully paced especially for children.
There are songs to move to, as well as quiet times to just watch and listen.
The familiarity of the material and the presenters combine to totally engage
the young audience for the 40-minute duration of the concerts
.Audience numbers are limited per session so those children
can see and hear the show easily, and move about safely.
